Ker-Blam Return Policy

If you are unhappy, for any reason, with anything you've purchased, or received as a gift, from Ker-blam we will gladly take back unused merchandise within 30 days of the delivery date.

If you didn't like it or it was not what you had in mind, send it back with the packing slip, all the original packaging, and a note indicating whether you would prefer a refund, or credit towards another purchase. Merchandise returned more than 30 days after the delivery date can be returned for store credit only. In order to receive a refund or credit, returned items must be in new, undamaged condition. Please take care when packaging items for return.
(For your protection, we strongly recommend sending return items with an insured carrier.)
